Our Community is Magnificent!

The men and women of eLife Adventure are dynamic and generous individuals, many of whom desire to support our local community service organizations.  For example, over 50 eLifers volunteered their time for the 5^th annual Best of Sacramento Party which earned over $202,000 for the March of Dimes.

March of Dimes wrote...

“Your participation as a volunteer for the Best of Sacramento Party helped make our event a great success. This year’s Best of Sacramento Party earned over $202,000 for the March of Dimes. This money will go a long way to help prevent birth defects and save babies lives’.

The March of Dimes recently launched its Prematurity Campaign and is focusing its efforts on examining the root causes of premature birth and what can be done to prevent it. Monies raised from events like the Best of Sacramento Party help fund local and national community service grants, work-site, health seminars, professional and public education materials and vital medical research, all aimed at giving every baby a healthy start in life.

Giving your time to the March of Dimes offers a significant opportunity to make a difference in the lives of millions of children. Few organizations in America have the potential to impact the health of the next generation- and our collective future- as powerful as the March of Dimes.
